Delete Account
How to permanently delete your KrushiGuru account and data.
This action is permanent
Deleting your account is irreversible. All profile data, listings and history will be permanently removed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open KrushiGuru
Launch the app and make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Settings
Tap the ⚙️ Settings option on your Profile page.
Go to Account
Scroll down to the Account section inside Settings.
Tap Delete Account
Tap the 'Delete Account' button to open the confirmation dialog.
Confirm Permanently
Read the warning and tap Delete Permanently. This action cannot be undone.
Account Deleted
Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and you are logged out.
What gets deleted immediately
- Your profile (name, photo, phone number)
- All listings (machines, vehicles, livestock, materials, products)
- All bookings and job history
- All notifications
- All active sessions on all devices
What is retained (legal requirements)
Payment records
7 years — Indian financial law (GST / Income Tax Act)
Anonymised audit logs
Up to 30 days — security monitoring
Dispute records
Up to 90 days — if a legal claim is pending
Can't access the app?
If you cannot access your account, email our support team. We will verify your identity and process deletion within 30 days.
